Children’s Ministry Director
God gave Donna the desire of her heart when she was invited to join the staff at St. Mark in 2005. The position would utilize Donna’s gifts, experience and passion, as well as allow her to live near her daughter, Holly, who had remained in the area after graduating from Bethel College. Donna and her husband, Greg, made the move from southern California where Greg had been a Missionary Church pastor, and Donna had directed preschools for 25 years. Donna and Greg also have an adult son, Chuck, a graduate of Bethel, as well. Donna, affectionately known as “Miss Donna”, adores children and has a heart for moms and dads in the throes of parenting. Insuring that young children learn about Jesus from people who love Jesus, is her number one priority. Providing fun, social opportunities for friendships to develop between young families, comes in at a close second. Donna and Greg enjoy a relaxing life on the St. Joseph River with their dog, Ozzy, and wonderful neighbors.

Director of Preteen and Middle School
Kristen has found that a life best lived is one in which you pursue your passions, which is what led her into student ministries. Kristen grew up attending St.Mark, and in 2015 she graduated from Bethel College with a degree in Psychology. In the years after college she worked in a school and a few camps, and in 2017 the Lord led her back to St. Mark where she currently serves as the Director of Preteen and Middle School Ministries. Kristen is thrilled to be working at a place that combines her love for the Lord and her passion for helping students grow in their life and spiritual walk. She likes to fill her free time with road trips, spontaneous adventures, coffee, friends, tacos, and peach tea.
